We hope you and those closest to you are staying safe throughout this unprecedented time in our world. Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, there are many unforeseen challenges and uncertainty, but one thing remains clear – the commitment to VPG’s employees and customers. I want to reinforce our commitment to you. While all of our lives are disrupted in some way or another, some things remain the same:

  • VPG is 100% operational
    • With one operational facility, our headquarters has no plans to shut down any operations unless a government-issued shutdown is ordered. Our supply chain is up and running with timelines consistently met. We are in constant contact with our logistics partners and, at this moment, see no change in service levels. Currently, the only business suspension in place is business travel. We have the ability for certain departments to work remotely, should the need arise.
  • CDC protocol
    • Employees are diligent and follow all CDC protocol. Many steps have been taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees. Some of the guidelines we have in place are: 14-day self-quarantine for any employee who has traveled, no visitors to the office, non-essential face-to-face meetings conducted through teleconferencing, daily housekeeping, social distancing and more. All of our VPG guidelines are in addition to the CDC guidelines for businesses and individuals.

As this situation is ever-evolving, we continue to closely monitor to ensure our employees are safe, while also providing customers with uninterrupted service – this is our commitment to you. We take things day-by-day and follow the guidance of the CDC, as well as local and U.S. government officials. VPG is open and will continue to be unless there is a government-issued shutdown.

During these uncertain times, its inspiring to see people and communities come together with one purpose: taking care of one another. I am incredibly proud to work alongside each and every team member at VPG, and together we are dedicated to your display security needs.

Thank you for your trust in our brand. Stay safe. Stay healthy.
