National Account Program Manager – Account Services

The National Account Program Manager is primarily responsible for day to day management of a major account with multiple project based responsibilities to promote the long term relationship between the client, VPG and our partners. This role will be the main point of contact at the clients HQ and aid in maximizing sales opportunities and be the conduit of information to ensure that all the right products deliver when requested, with a high level of service to the client. This will require duties such as account & project management, order management and product education. The position involves extensive communication with the clients HQ and market management teams, our partners and internal teams. The role also includes managing project work and communication to internal cross-functional disciplines, such as engineering, operations & sales to support required activities. Complex problem-solving and constant customer communication are also part of the daily responsibilities. Basking Ridge, NJ. 

Electrical Technician – Engineering

The Electrical Technician will take prototype designs from engineering, construct prototype circuits and then test, troubleshoot and verify operation of the prototypes. He or she will assist in all aspects involved in moving from the prototype phase of design to engineering product release to manufacturing. He or she will also be responsible for constructing circuits based on requirements provided by senior level engineers. In addition, he or she will manage and maintain the electronics laboratory. He or she will also be responsible for testing the latest consumer electronics (smart phones, tablets, speakers, cameras, etc.) to determine power and other compatibility requirements.

National Account Manager – Sales

This position is primarily responsible for the revenue growth of Vanguard Protex Global through the achievement of sales results as measured against monthly performance goals.  The National Account Manager is expected to conduct themselves as a sales professional, expert in the methods of consultative selling techniques, who cultivates new business, manages relationships with their existing customer base and is constantly seeking opportunities for VPG to grow the size of the customer base and or increase the revenue contribution by customer.  This position is B2B only and is to develop relationships with key decision makers at retail companies, fixture companies, and consumer electronics manufacturers.  The National Account Manager will also have a protected geographic territory within the United States.  This position is considered an outside sales position. Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator orders materials, equipment, supplies and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. This position assists the Buyer in analyzing purchase requisitions, investigating and developing sources for supplies. In addition, the Purchasing Coordinator interprets and reviews purchasing requests by other departments and vendors and assists the Buyer with general tasks as needed.
